These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, use, and redemption of gift vouchers issued by us. By purchasing or using a gift voucher, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Redemption

Gift vouchers are redeemable for dining, food, beverages, and any other services offered at the restaurant.

Vouchers may be used across multiple visits and transactions — the remaining balance does not need to be spent in a single visit.

Any outstanding balance after a transaction will be retained on the voucher and can be used in future visits until the voucher expires or the balance is fully spent.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or in full, under any circumstances.

Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts unless expressly permitted by us.

2. Validity & Expiry

Gift vouchers are valid for 5 years (1825 days) from the date of purchase.

The expiry date is stated on the voucher. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after this date.

We may, at our sole discretion, offer an extension of an expired voucher upon request. Any such extension may be subject to an administrative fee.

3. Voucher Presentation

Vouchers must be presented at the time of payment, either as a printed copy or displayed digitally on a mobile device.

Gift vouchers should be treated as cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers and cannot replace or refund them.

Where it can be clearly verified that a voucher has not been previously redeemed, we may, at our discretion, issue a replacement.

4. Booking & Availability

Customers wishing to redeem a voucher are encouraged to make a reservation in advance.

The purchase of a gift voucher does not guarantee a reservation. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of request.

5. Payment & Balance

Vouchers may be used as full or partial payment for any goods or services offered.

Where the total bill exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance must be settled by the customer using another accepted payment method.

There is no minimum spend required to use a gift voucher, unless otherwise stated on the voucher.

Gift vouchers are non-transferable and may not be resold or transferred to a third party for commercial gain.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased.

In the event that we are permanently unable to honour a voucher, a refund will be issued at the discretion of management.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Any personal information collected in connection with the purchase or redemption of a gift voucher will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for fulfilment of the voucher or where required by law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our website.

Vouchers purchased prior to any amendment will continue to be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of purchase.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
